interesting week eating wise; exercise wise was a total flop. this past Monday i said out loud in an almost haughty tone "i'm not going to do the treadmill today" like i was doing something wonderful!! i think my intent was...you know, i don't know what my intent was...give myself a break because it's monday??...then i'll do it the rest of the week? well as it happened i NEVER got on all week and never lifted the dumb bells...don't feel quite so haughty about in now! but......eating wise i did quite well, didn't have any cheats and yesterday we went grocery shopping and that cart was filled with such good healthy food, AND stuff that should be good eating!! i'm going to try out some new recipes over the next two weeks so i hope for good results in the kitchen and on the scale. really need to get back on the treadmill. need to exercise. both for weight loss and just for my health in general. i'm so lazy. anyway, didn't bring home anything "bad" from the store and that is such an amazing thing. i need so badly to make these changes in my life, make the health wise choices and also i need to choose exercise over just sitting all day. i don't want to die a young woman, not that i'm anticipating anything but i'm just saying!! it's saturday, almost noon and i've made it this far without sabotaging myself. keep on going! i can do this!!! i will do this!! i am doing this!!!
