Any type of food addiction is just like wow. I'm having a tough day being sleep deprived plus have an infection plus flu, I went onto the delivery app and chose chocolate and sweets. And then I actually hesitated which yes is great but so difficult, instead replaced with my fav health snack which is Double cream yogurt and honey. Hoping this is a breakthrough because it aint easy and I cannot be going through this for nothing...

Jason inspired this (although I remain jealous about how much easier it is for men to change their bodies, sigh) ... mostly clean eating. 2000/ 30 min jump rope four times a week and 30 min weights three times a week. End 28 July. Lets see how this goes!

I actually want to be an athlete if I'm honest with myself... been jumping 1500 skips with the rope for the last two days and went for a hike on Thursday. I'm loving this active life and how it makes me feel. Best part it takes my mind off wanting snacks. Happy Sunday!
