6/5/11 well its now the second day and it hasnt been to bad i ate a bolied egg and a piece of bacon and a slice of tomatoe i dont think thats bad when i could eat two fried eggs and five piece of bacon and hashbrowns. so for snack fresh fruit and a hand full of chips.i took a 30 min nap and i wash clothes and fold them lunch was ok i had baked chicken wings i had 6 of just the leg part and a baked potato with a little chesse and butter and sour cream witch was good its now time to eat a snack again and im eating a tomatoe grapes and chesse and crackers dinner will be a salad to everyone yall have agreat work week and eat well.until tomorrow p.s. i have drunk at least a gallon of water which its to hard

well today is my frist day i ate strawberries for breakfast and lunch i had five hot wings and fries and a hi c to drink that i know was a lot buy old habits die hard so for dinner i ate salad from subway and i have had three or four cups of water oh i forgot i had a milk shake but i dont drink milk so thats not to bad but tommrrow is a new day im planning on eating a piece of toast and egg for breakfast so thats a good start i thimk wish me luck
