It is sad that I have to record my weight at a gain, but I have put it off for long enough. Somehow I figured that if I did not weigh in, that it didn't really count, but I need to face the consequences of my horrible eating decisions. So there it is. A gain of 3.2 pounds. Hopefully, owning up to it, will force me to get back on track!

These past two weeks have been so incredibly hard. I am struggling with feeling like I am limiting myself. I am already a vegetarian, and now I am limiting myself to 1200 calories a day. It is so hard, especially when my fiance is not watching what he eats at all (not that he needs to). Over the weekend, his parents slow-smoked barbecue baby back ribs, and for the first time in a year and a half, I actually felt myself wanting meat. The hardest times for me are the weekends because there is no structure or anything. This weekend I am going to be painting, which is good exercise. And when I am doing something like that, I am not constantly thinking about eating.
Also, I am going to be trying to quit smoking soon. My fiance and I are spending $320 a month just on cigarettes, which is absolutely ridiculous! Wish me luck!
