I cheated a few times and now I'm paying for it by not losing weight in the last two weeks. I'm finding it out that a slip up on a low carb diet can really get you off track. I've got to get back on track quick so I don't start gaining again. Any suggestions on how to stay on track?

I only lose weight when I not eating any carbs. This is hard. I'm not sure how long I can stick to such a strict diet. Any ideas?

I'm happy I stayed the same over the holidays so I won't beat myself up too much.

I'm trying intermediate fasting. I have coffee in the morning, than a glass of water than a muscle milk than another glass of water than a glass of green tea than another glass of water. It seems as long as I drink I'm not getting hunger pangs.

I have been drinking a muscle milk for breakfast. 1/2 grapefruit after a glass of water. Air fried potatoe chips for lunch after a glass of water. dinner was chili and veg soup. I'm finding it hard to drink all the water I'm supposed to drink.
