I have been doing my routine of 25 crunches, jumping jacks, sit-ups, and squats faithfully since Jun 8th :) I can feel it in my thighs with the squats - though I think I am not doing them correctly...I try to sit as low as I can, but I feel it isn't the right position. I figured the more I try to do them...the better I will get.

My eating habits still need to be improved. I do a shake, maybe two a day (slim fast, total soy, or the carnation instant breakfast w/ non-fat milk). I try not to snack, but when I do I go for the red grapes, raw broccoli, or beef jerky. Those are my good days, which honestly happen a lot more then the bad...it is when I get a craving for something. For example, a few nights ago I really wanted pizza, which I only really eat a few times a year...I told my self 2 slices. RIIIIIGHT. Self control. Not a strong suit of mine. 4 slices later... and boy did I feel that the next morning...but then, I was back to my normal shakes, with an added oatmeal for dinner.

Today, self control is my target. I need to learn to control those inner cravings that I get :p
