day 3 and I have made the discovery that decreasing my food intake at night may actually be the ticket to taking off some of this girth.

I have decided to take a different approach to things. This week I am going to baseline what I have been eating to see where I can make adjustments. It is quite clear that it is going to take some work. However I have applied some tried and true tricks like my goal jeans that I want to fit comfortably back into for fall. Also the good old reward once I have met certain goals.
I know that it is more than just numbers on a scale. It is also about health and how you feel from the inside out.
Life is a journey and not a race. 😊

hope everyone is doing well. I have decided that I would like to lose a tad bit more weight so here I am again.
my monster (dog) is doing well not only does she get me out I have also started cooking again too as I need stuff to fill her Kong with. she truly is my life saver 😍
