Afternoon gang.. well saw a new number on scale this morning. The diamonds must have been sleeping, so I took a 13.9 mile bike ride the stay in front of them. 🤞we see the same number tomorrow !!!

Good morning FS
Well, I have successfully slowed down the weight loss. I think I was losing it too fast, and do not want it to return. I figure 1 lb per week, will help me make the successful weight loss at the end. Only 4x lbs for the month of January which includes the 1x pound from this morning( I only record weight after seeing it on the scale 2 consecutive days). Also have already lost the weight from my monthly steroid injection last week (tend to gain 4-6x pounds after shot).
I have started adding some of the things I enjoy back to my diet like eggs and cornbread and yes a piece of pie.
My Grand daughter stayed a few days with us, so grandpa helped her make an apple pecan pie. Crust didn’t cooperate, but is sure tasted good !! Only 1x piece, large piece but just 1.
At this rate I think I will reach this next goal by 1 march. And still considering going down to 220 lbs. I could easily get to 220 by my 60th birthday mid June. I started craving carbs again, fruit used to get me over the cravings, not so much anymore, turned to dry popcorn and a protein shake for my snacks. It kind of helps.
