Almost at 50 lbs lost in ~6 months ❤
Today ends week two of the 600 lap challenge, I messed up yesterday because of the holiday and was only able to do 17 of 25 laps. So today I will do 28 and thathe will be 300 laps!

October 30 ended a 6 week weight loss and measurevent challenge. I won, again, I think everyone gave up after 3 weeks. But either way, I lost 16.3lbs and 12.75 inches. So yay me!
November 1st started a personal challenge - the sports centre does a 600 lap challenget in the winter and you have from Nov 02 to Dec 31 to complete. I wanted to see if I could do all 600 in one month so (20+ laps a day) so I would only have to pay for one months membership. Unfortunately I have to have the membership for 3 months so now I will see how close I can get to 600 laps in one month and try for 2,000 laps by the end of three months. I will still be going to bootcamp 3x a week as well.
As of today I have completed 120 laps. (Edit: I apparently can't count, I did 140 laps for a total of 160 in one week)
Onto new adventures!

Bumped up step goal to 15k for the week. Diet was a bit off and weight fluctuated a lot during the week but come Monday mowning it's usualay down a few pounds from the previous week. I had a stomach bug last night though and not sure if my breakfast digested properry but dinner definitely didn't stay down so haven't really eaten much since 11am Sunday. I've been in bed pretty much all day today and not quite feeling like enough streNoth yet to be active but damn it's making me mad I'm not getting even 10k steps in today. But a day of recovery is needed once in a while.

Still making sure I get 10k steps a day and rounding up if over 500. Doing bootcamp 3x a week. Got a bit lazy with jogging on the treadmill the other 4 days of the week because I didn't sleep well. Had a not so good food week last week and had only gone down .1 pounds but have lost 9.4 since September 14th (start of the new work weight loss challenge -did I post about that?)
I've lost 35 pounds since May, and this could probably be more if I had a more strict diet, but I like chocolate and if I cut that out then I'll just binge hard and eat tons of shitty food hahaha. Either way, the scale is going in the right direction and feeling pretty great still. Need more sleep though
