Verlust von 4,2 kg pro Woche

after a month ...even if everything happened between the first week and the last 2 days, i'm satisfied! 4kg in 4weeks is not that bad and more over I have other 10 days to lose 2 kg before going back home for vacation. This is the big challange, if i can do it hopefully the other 15kg won't be that hard. I0m trying to change my way of thinking by going to the gym and THINKING about what i'm eating. It's more about changing my mind and the way I deal with food and only after that losing weight. And, moreover, i'm doing it FOR MYSELF and BY MYSELF.... I know i cannot do a strict diet and going to a dietist without WANTING to change my lifestyle wouldn't have changed anything. I have to do it for me. Just for me. All the rest will come after. So 16July 79.00 kg is the new challenge. I hope to lose 10kg before coming back to Milan. and then the other 10! cant wait to GRADUATE with 15/20kg less!!!!! I MUST DO IT.
