Change my keto eating habits from fasting completely to OSMD. Happy with the results the last few days. For the last year thinking I was in control on maintenance. Said if I only gain 5 lbs it will be ok, I no what to do....well 40lbs later I was unable to control, no clothes fit and tried to go back to my keto but such struggles. I finally accepted the fact that I had to do some things different this time. Did two meals each day for about a week then switched to One Small Meal Day. That's were(OSMD)comes from. Now I feel really fine and losing without any hunger and back in control. Keto is the only diet that ever worked for me. Thanks Phil for showing me the way.
Eat avocados and hot peppers every day....I own three trees so what else can I do.
