Now that I have lost my first 20, I am going to go with a more well-rounded eating regime. Will record my food. No sweets, "white stuff" and starchy foods. Going to eat what I love...fruit, vegetables and lean meats. Ready to never eat eggs again. :)

Okay...after recording my first day, i can see that I will have to continue to eat eggs. Cereal and milk is my deathtrap.

Maybe you could use nonfat cottage cheese, or high protein Greek Yogurt for breakfast when you get sick of eggs.
