Stuck in a scale-driven weight plateau, but no worries, the inches are still disappearing. I didn't fast this week (on purpose) as I am trying to repair my metabolism. I want to keep my body guessing by changing things up routinely. I need my body to understand that I will starve it no longer so it is comfortable letting go of weight.
I have been very good on my carbs, but I went over on proteins on my higher caloric days. It is hard to keep it all balanced - I am still in the learning phase. The most important thing is listening to my body - eating when I need to and not eating if I am not hungry.
