There could be any number of reasons why I've gained this week...

1 - a nagging shoulder injury on my right side, leaving me unable to life my arm above my shoulder and that sucks 'cause I'm righthanded
2 - extra hours at work that translate into more money, but less free time, so less time at the gym
3 - TOM
4 - restless, wakeful nights of strange dreams
5 - too many snacks and not enough actual meals (or maybe too much food in general, or not enough, I'm actually too tired to figure it out right now...)

Think I'll let myself rest up a little more than I'd normally this weekend...no weights, nothing too strenuous, just some yoga and more yoga...I'm going to baby my shoulder for a few more days and hopefully next week will be better overall...
