Did reasonably well with eating except for last Monday. But I injured my knees and haven't been able to work out in a week. I'm going to have to be more disciplined on my diet and find exercises I can do. This week may have cut me out of my half marathon plans, which is so disappointing. Being injured has been so much a part of my life, and I'm so sick of it! I just want to be able to live my life nd work out without always wondering what part of my body is going to break next. I know that e healthier I am, the less likely I am to get to easily injured, but I sometimes get discouraged that this process isn't going more smoothly. Still, I am thankful that I am here, that I know I can lose weight because I did it two years ago before I got pregnant, and I have good insurance this time to help me get the treatment I really need.
