Thank you glen! I had raised my carb count up a bit to allow for the fresh produce. I allowed myself one diet coke a day which wasn't the best thing to do, though a nice treat for me. Of course, I was going for a bigger loss.

Thanks CrashtestDawnie! Hope you find a keto recipe you like. I really love the summertime veggies and fruit. A little bit goes a long way now. Even a quarter cup is better than none :) I do more recipe experimenting in the fall and winter. Too much going on outside in the spring and summer. Good luck!
