I can safely say that my body no longer wants unhealthy food to gain weight. Had lots of beer and junk food over the weekend with an old friend but alas, no dice on the weight gain. Which is a good thing, means I can't eat unwisely and will probably end in heart disease.

I've stopped eating unhealthy months ago. It gave me a stomach which I must can't get rid of. This week I'm living off ensure, avos, ice cream and dates, and potatoes. Yet no gain, but I guess I'm just too impatient

Lol. I'm fighting a stomach too, but it's not much of a priority at the moment. If I can get above 60kg consistently then I'll start shredding down. It's just a matter of getting my body used to eating so much. I've found a big breakfast helps prepare the stomach for eating the rest of the day.
