Good morning everyone. First weigh-in in 10 days. I took a short vacation up north to see family. I also spent a few days over in Philly for the July 4th holiday. It was a much needed getaway. Just thankful I didn't come back over 200lbs. I did manage to snap a pic of myself. First photo since I began dieting. I never really had a before photo but my ass was big. So, without further anew, tada!
