Well, I’ve avoided recording my weight because it went up. I had three gigs in a row this weekend. I always have drinks on those. One of them was a potluck. I did well until the chocolate came out. Now I’m trying to go back to no gluten, no sugar, lots of veggies, very little fruit and really simple food. My feet have been hurting a lot in the last two months and that has made it difficult to work out. I’m going to try a new workout DVD I have and haven’t used yet. I used to
work out about four times a week. I’m going to my mothers tomorrow for four days and that usually makes it challenging for me to eat properly. Going to do the very best I can to keep on track. I like reading other people’s posts because it helps me to stay inspired. Keep up the good work, everyone!
