Been back to it for a week. I stopped going because my work schedule changed, so now going in the morning. Still the same level need to work on walking on the tredmill more.. Cardio is the hardest for me. I get my heart rate up doing weights in quick succession though.

I know, it's hard to get excited about the walking, even though it does a lot of good. It's ok if I have a partner to talk to; my wife tells me to listen to music but I never started that.

The gym I go to only has one tred mill so even if there is a partner they wouldn't be able to walk beside me.. Unless we go to the track or something
