Wow... the first day back was an eyeopener! You really don't realize how much you are eating until you weigh it out. I also tend to underestimate the amount of fat and carbs in foods. It's good to be back and re-educate myself on my true eating habits. See? One day of recording my food and I am down almost one pound.
