Hi everyone, just wanted to drop a line to say hey!! So Hey! I have hit a plateau and where I haven’t gained anything I also haven’t lost anything. I am using today as a jumpstart day so I can eat a small amount of major carbs to retrigger my brain to thinking that I’m not starving it to death.
