Had a busy work day yesterday. As a massage therapist I struggle to keep up with eating more than I’m burning. Had 3.5 hours of sessions back to back so I didn’t have a meal in between. I chugged down breakfast essentials high protein shakes before my first and in between but that was obviously not enough. I need to find something better to get down in between sessions
