Wow, I guess some of the weight i gained must have been waterweight. I do think I've lost some muscle lately, I have to get back into my running and do some sort of training to get some muscle in my arms. Anybody got advice for workouts I can do without a gym/weightlifting equipment?

Do you have any resistance bands? Mark Sisson has a work out on his mark’s daily Apple web site intendend for travelling but has a quick and easy work out 10 sets and four reps with either s resistance band or your body I l’y no gym or fancy equipment
