It's been a crazy couple of weeks... family visiting & away on vacation. Tried to keep a handle on what I ate but sometimes it got away from me. What's even harder is that when you come back n try to get in your groove again...can I hear an AMEN!!!
Starting again, Monday wasn't bad but sodium was high. I'll get it together n do it bcuz I want to b healthier. My youngest grandsons (twins) just turned 4 yesterday n I want to see them grow up. Keep positive, you can do it 💁
