Day 4 - always a hard day when you start a new diet... today at work we had the launch of our new oven from italy and a chef from italy cooking up a storm.... there was bread, pizza, and everything thats was amazing and creme brule.... i was sooooo good. i only had meat and veg... maybe a bit more than i should have ... hope it didnt do too much damage... will see in the morning... no dinner for me tonight.
