Finally back on track. Had a bad patch. Didn't record my weight because I felt I was beginning to fail as I have in the past. Now, circumstances beyond my control have put me in a position of responsibility that I did not anticipate. Gaining weight during this time is not acceptable. Rather than using stress as an excuse, I'm striving to keep healthy eating part of my approach to 'taking care of business'. Finding that sleep is key to control for me. That also requires discipline, but it is well rewarded when I feel capable of facing challenges. I hope everyone has a good week. (Including me!)
