Actually got to see 213 on the scale on Sunday morning before having family over and all going out to eat at Ruth Chris Steakhouse. Let's just say I didn't hold back and enjoyed what I wanted. Unfortunately, the scale wasn't kind to me this morning at 217!

don't fret over the sudden gain. as you know it is due to increase in overall calories consumed and water from those calories. you know that in a day or two if you stay "Clean" you will be back to your 213 or lower.
