Day 2.
Figured out the shake! Room temp is key for me. Also almond butter.
Woke up, immediately had a BM. I guess this is a problem for some folk, but clearly not me. Drove Philip to the airport and had a shake. I skipped the lemon and olive oil (didn't want an accident on the road).
Yesterday was tough, but not as tough as I thought. The worst part about it was being at two different parties with tons of food, yet bringing my own food to eat instead.
I feel like the weigh in today was a little fake. It was on a completely empty stomach after driving to the airport. 190 is usually where my weight hovers tho, so maybe its more honest than 194 was. Still, on south beach I lost a ton of weight in the first week. We'll see if it repeats.
On the plus side, my stomach feels way better!
