Okay, when I go off...I go way off. I struggled all this year, and lost much of my progress. I regained a lot of the weight I had lost. A few weeks ago, I learned I am borderline diabetic. Now I have to get it together and stay on track. I am following the diet suggested by my doctor, which is very similar to the one I had put myself on last year. I am eating around 1500 calories per day, trying to push myself to work out at least 30 minutes 5 times per week....some days I just do something fun for that 30 minutes so that it won't seem like such a rigid workout schedule...maybe hike with my family, or do some heavy yardwork, etc. My weight was up to around 210 the day I saw my doctor, I am back down to 204.4.
