I am shocked to see the scale move today! I had fried apples yesterday and a bit of cake. Don't get me wrong - I am happy, just surprised. I've been at a plateau for 2 months, but in the last week, I've lost 2.5 kilos. I wonder what is making the difference. I have been recording and calorie counting on my own since Feb, but I've not had a 2.5 loss in a single week until this one.
