I just weighed in plus 20 pounds, at one point I was down to 199, I gained it all back lost some gained back over the years it sucks. with everything I've eaten and calories of watched I I think it just comes down to low calorie food really sucks and it doesnt fill you up 😂😂😂, I feel like a loser more often than not these days and I'm always conscious about my weight, the struggle is real. I know it's all about consistency but boy does it take a lot out of you just stay on track and doing everything yourself just makes it even harder, between food prep, supporting myself mentally and keeping the drive is a burnout. I never really noticed before but it's true what they say as you get leaner people are more accepting towards you, they put a better attitude on you and treat you nicer. now I just get guys moving their girlfriends out of the way as I'm walking down an aisle saying watch out for this guy's belly under his breath as I pass by, where the guy at Chipotle saying do you really need that getting chicken in my burrito bowl and deciding what the hell throw a scoop of steak in. living like this your whole life just runs your best attitude down after a while and I don't think anybody understands unless they've lived it.
