Did pretty well this week. Last weekend I had a few things that aren't really on my diet, but some of the restaurants family members chose weren't the most "diet friendly" places. I was holding at around a one lb loss most of the week, but today took another pretty good drop, making it 1.6 for the week. Been seeking out diabetic recipes online, but finding that many of those I find don't seem to use the healthier ingredients that I choose to use (lots of white flour turning up, and real sugars). I did find a great recipe for quesadillas using yellow and green bell peppers, black beans, and cumin on whole grain tortillas. I used a low carb version and cut the calories down a bit more (80 calories per tortilla instead of 140-150). Hitting around 1400-1500 calories per day.
