Yippee yippee yippee! Finally back to my target weight. It was quite a struggle to lose the holiday weight from Christmas and new year, but I've lost it all before Lunar New Year. I can't say how pleased I am.
Thank you to all the kind people who offered support through he month of January. I hope this is just the start of a great 2019.
