Okay, so I've been pretty horrible about eating recently. It's like I was immune to the Freshman 15 for the first week and a half and then just started to eat like crazy. Now I want to get back on track since I've undone everything I did over the last month. So now: one plate of food per meal- if still hungry then get seconds of veggies only, only one sweet a day (might get revised if I find one turning back into 3+), NO VENDING MACHINE!, record everything, try to exercise most days.
