It is time. Let's start to get serious. I am glad to say that a lot of that was bloating and water weight. I weighed in at 211.4 this morning. Still higher than it has been but better than my last weigh in.

Okay, I am still 4 pounds heavier than my last weigh in so I will get serious this week. Congratulations on your weight loss. Let's keep it going! Log everything we eat and up the exercise. I am doing better with my exercise but need to do better with logging food...like actually log before I eat so I stay under my RDI.
