I've been off my diet and exercise for three months now. Went up 10 pounds then back down 4 pounds so overall I'm up 6 pounds. Time to get serious again. I must break the 200 pound barrier before July. I want to be under 200 when I turn 40.

Time to knuckle down. I was off for a while and gained 15 lbs and I am just now getting back down. In August 2018, I joined TOPS just to keep myself accountable.
