Haven't check in for a while. Though I did hot my goal of 190lbs., I've went back up to, and maintaining around the 195lb mark. Since I have yet to begin a workout routine, I believe this is the weight where I should be given I'm still not as active as I should be.
The one thing I am taking away from my journey is having to relearn to eat. I still maintain that mindset and don't intend to change it. I plan to expand upon it to begin eating more fresh and healthy foods. I'm also renovating my kitchen, and want to get my money's worth out of it.
To everyone still on your journey. Maintain patience, discipline, and persistence. Though the weight got harder to loose around the end, I never considered loosing weight to be a hard thing. I'd wish you all good luck, but luck has nothing to do with it. You only have to want it, and then make it happen!
