My bad eating still catching up to me however I did eat better today. Too tired when i got home so just made a sandwich. I was still hungry when I finished but so tired that I fell asleep before I could get up the energy to get anything else. Bad part was no real exercise. Because I worked at a different location, I did have extra walking and I did use stairs rather than escalators sometimes so it was not a complete loss. At least my mindset is closer to being back. When my mind was saying, go down and pick up a chocolate bar, I said no and kept working.. HAve to look for the little things. Also should write down the food journal as I go because I find that it is easy to forget things. Have to go back in and add some items from lunch yesterday
