I was planning to do DVD workout and exercise machine, but I have too much on my plate today, including school works. I decided to do exercise machine alone today. I just need to watch what I eat, especially when I'm studying.
If I was not doing enough exercise this week, I might gain my weight. I guess the "time" is getting close...
