I started round about December 2018 x my calories are around 1100 - 1300 and I also excercise rather frequently. Sometimes I do go over my calorie limit, but instead of beating myself up about it, I accept it and don't make a habit out of it. As for your calorie intake, you have to find what works for you. I am very short (155 cm) so eating over a 1300 calories on a regular basis will definitely increase my weight, but depending on a lot of factors, it could be far too little for you. Just try to find out what works for you. I also eat quite healthy so that every calorie counts and adds to my nutrition. To be it's not just about weight loss, it's about respecting my body and giving it the nutrients it needs. Thank you so much for the support x

Thanks Carareyyy 😊 I saw all your weight entries and noticed that you started off with 58 kg in August last year and it roughly took you 7 months to loose that weight - always interested in how king it takes other people to loose weight - especially when your weight is already in the 50's and the person is not obese. I agree 100% with the calorie intake to consider your own built and activity level. Im also on the short side (161 cm) and averages about 17000 steps p day - not working out in a gym but I try to go for brisk 30 min walk 5 - 6 times per week (2,5 to 3,3km). According to this app I should consume 1700 calories per day but Im trying not to go over 1500.

Honestly, I only downloaded the app in August, but I never actually took it seriously until December. So I'd say my weight loss journey only really started in December. But yes, I think the fact that I wasn't obese or really overweight might have had an effect, because it wasn't really doing plenty of damage to my overall health, if you know what I mean😊 but once I started losing all the excess weight, I started feeling a lot better. I didn't just gain confidence, but I also physically feel plenty better. I don't feel so sluggish anymore, I sleep a lot better and overall I have a lot more energy. I'm sorry if this sounds like some silly motivational speech or something, but living a healthy lifestyle truly does make a difference xx
