I was doing so good with yoga and even started walking again since the terrible winter cold has begun to recede. As of today it's been a week since I came down with an awful head cold/possible sinus infection?? I've been eating good but I can't wait to get back to the physical side. plus I've been working 12 hr shifts this weekend. Anxious to feel good again :(
