Yesterday I got home from work and snacled out pretty bad. Had 2 cheese filled breadsticks, honey barbecue Fritos and a half a brat with a bun.... felt great while eating and I feel crappy now, not losing weight as fast as I want to and I feel like giving up

Oh and then I had my boyfriend of 6 years hold my feet so I could do sit ups and I could only barley do 8 and I started balling because of how much I let myself go and that he had to see me like this. He tried to make me feel better by laying next to me and doing crunches instead of sit ups but I still feel embarrassed.
