My goal is not to gain any weight, specially through a bad diet and nutrition, I try to eat maximum 2,000 calories a day. If I maintain myself eating between 1300 and 2000 calories a day I am happy. I am averaging at the moment 1600 a day. I love spinning so I do it once a week and I started strenght training and Conditioning twice a week. I was doing it once a week In Feb and March but I think I have built up enough stamina to do it twice a week starting April.
