First Monday that I am actually able to wake up at 6:00am to go to the Boot camp Class, I always thought of a Monday as a bad day to start anything and the achievement of that day was being able to survive it and get it over with. I try to be able to look forward to a Monday and I think exercise will help, it's a good coping mechanism to deal with work which I currently find extremely dull, boring and stressful. Exercise will give me those needed endorphins to help me have a better outlook out of Mondays. Got left over Roast beef and cheese (Roast beef sandwich without bread!) for lunch, feeling good, 3 1/2 hours to go home and be happy!
