Haven't been actively trying to lose weight for a while, but instead trying to use better control over eating habits. My focus has been more on hunger awareness- eating only when my body needs to and stopping when I don't. I still mess up a lot, but it seems the change has contributed some success in that I've lost several pounds without really noticing or "trying" to. This morning was the first time I'd stepped on the scale in months. I honestly expected it to say I was at 160ish lbs and was really surprised to see it registered a little under 154lb.
