I'm down another 1.2 this week. :-)
When I was walking with my boyfriend Saturday evening, we decided to add small spurts of running. And it felt great! I love to run. Usually I end up with shin splints, but this time I didn't. Maybe because there was not too much running.
I would lovet to be a "runner", someone who wakes up early every morning, straps an ipod onto their arm, laces up, and runs around the neighborhood before showering and going to work.
Maybe I will be some day. I'll just have to work up to it.
For now, I'm one more pound closer to being out of the 170's, and it feels great.
