Went the WRONG way on the scale but I deserved it - I was a bad, bad girl yesterday. Had a plate of Tostidos scoops piled with cheese - in the nuker for 1 minute then doused with hot sauce. Delish but oh boy....can't even image the calories and salt. Made chicken enchiladas with yellow rice and refried beans for dinner - again - delish but way overate on the rice/beans (only made 1 enchilada for me and two for hubby so no leftovers or binge on those).
Getting back on the horse today...
