Getting super frustrated. I may also have a health issue going on but not quite sure yet. Hoping not anyways but who knows. Lots of stress from post car-accident drama which also isn't any fun. I need to just get my head all the way into my workouts when I am working out and also find more time to do the workouts. I have slacked a few times this week either during workouts or not doing one which is very unlike me. I would like to aim to wake up around 6 am each morning and do a workout before work but it's so hard to get up that early especially when I don't get to bed until 1-2 am since I work until about 9-10 pm at night and then have things I need to wrap up. SOOO FRUSTRATING!
I will say, though, Shakeology is a lifesaver. I have been taking that every morning for breakfast and it really does get you energized which is great! I'm not sure what I would do without it cuz it also keeps me from craving things during the day which I used to have a huge problem with.
