not upset and not surprised... i really overate at my dad's wedding, and the day afterwards as well, as well as yesterday and the day before yesterday. i also didn't excerxise much this past week. i expected the results and it's not even as bad as i expected it to be. i am not going to be too hard on myself and give myself crap about it though, because i believe that food is for enjoyment and you should never mak yourself feel guilty after a few days of messing up, as long as you put yourself on the right track again.

You have a healthy attitude, :) When I indulge, I do it with enjoyment too, with the knowledge that a day or two off the wagon means a few more days on it. It is a long term lifestyle balance which requires a healthy mental attitude to food - for nourishment and enjoyment.
